Start your day off right with this warm oatmeal bowl with Spiced Chai. Easy to make and deliciously creamy, with plenty of room to vary with fruit and toppings.

Ingredients:
  • 60 g oat flakes
  • 250 ml milk (or plant-based alternative)
  • 1–2 tbsp of you preferred Spiced Chai Latte mix
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • Fresh fruit, nuts and/or nut butters as a topping
Supplies:
  • Bowl or glass
  • Pan
  • Spoon

Preparation

Bring the oat flakes and milk to a boil over medium-low heat, stirring frequently.

When the porridge thickens (about 5 minutes), add the Spiced Chai Latte mix and chia seeds.

Continue cooking until creamy.

Spoon into a bowl and finish with fresh fruit, nuts and/or nut butters.

Serve warm.
