Matcha Mango Cooler

This tropical matcha cooler combines smooth matcha with sweet mango and refreshing coconut water. A vibrant and thirst quenching drink that's perfect for warm days.

Ingredients:
  • 3 tsp of your preferred matcha latte mix

  • 60 ml hot water
  • 4–5 pieces of ripe mango (or 120 ml mango purée)
  • 100 ml coconut water or cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh lime slices or a squeeze of lime juice, for garnish (optional)
Equipment:
  • Glass
  • Fork or blender
  • Spoon

Preparation

Dissolve your preferred matcha latte mix in the hot water and let it cool slightly.

Mash the mango into a smooth purée using a fork or blend until smooth. Alternatively, use ready-made mango purée.

Fill a glass with ice cubes and add the mango purée.

Pour in the coconut water (or cold water) and stir gently.

Slowly pour the dissolved matcha over the top to create a layered effect.

Garnish with fresh lime slices or a squeeze of lime juice, if desired, and serve immediately.
