Ingredients:
  • 1 espresso shot
  • 10 ml amaretto syrup
  • 10 ml chocolate syrup
  • 200 ml milk (or your preferred plant based alternative)
  • Mini amaretti biscuits
  • Cocoa powder, for garnish (optional)
Equipment:
  • Latte macchiato glass
  • Milk frother

Preparation

Pour the chocolate syrup into the bottom of a latte macchiato glass, then add the amaretto syrup.

Froth the milk until smooth and creamy, then pour it into the glass.

Brew an espresso and slowly pour it over the frothed milk to create the signature latte macchiato layers.

Garnish with mini amaretti biscuits and, if desired, a light dusting of cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
