This refreshing iced coffee combines smooth coffee with creamy milk for a simple café style favourite. Perfect for warm days and ready in just a few minutes.

Ingredients:

150 ml cold brewed coffee (or chilled freshly brewed coffee)
15 ml coffee syrup (or your preferred flavoured syrup)
200 ml whole milk (or your preferred plant based alternative)
Ice cubes
Optional: whipped cream or a drizzle of syrup, for serving

Equipment:

Large glass
Spoon

Preparation

Fill a large glass with ice cubes.

Pour the cold brewed coffee over the ice.

Add the coffee syrup and milk, then stir until well combined.

Top with whipped cream or an extra drizzle of syrup, if desired. Serve immediately.
