Ingredients:
  • 1 double espresso (or 2 espresso shots), cooled
  • 150 ml milk (or your preferred plant based alternative)
  • 20 ml salted caramel syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream
  • Caramel sauce and a pinch of flaky sea salt, for garnish
Equipment:
  • Glass
  • Spoon

Preperation

Pour the salted caramel syrup into a glass.

Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add the milk and pour in the cooled espresso. Stir well to combine with the syrup.

Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream.

Finish with a drizzle of caramel sauce and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Serve immediately.
