Ingredients:
  • 6 tsp of your preferred chai latte mix
  • 40 ml hot water
  • 100 ml cooled black tea
  • Ice cubes
  • 70 ml sparkling water
  • Lemon slices and star anise, for garnish
Equipment:
  • Glass
  • Spoon
  • Kettle

Preparation

Dissolve your preferred chai latte mix in the hot water and stir until smooth.

Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in the cooled black tea.

Add the dissolved chai mixture and top with the sparkling water.
